The easiest way to listen to a podcast is to click on the “play” button in the web browser. Alternatively you can download the MP3 file and copy this to a suitable player.

iTunes users can download the podcast by subscribing to http://www.themondaypodcast.com/podcast.php

You do not have to listen to the podcasts at a particular time - they will remain available on this site so that you can return to them at any time.
